The Marketing team's duty is to promote CloudCarts's business and do drive sales of its products and services. It provides the necessary research to identify the company's target customers and comes up with creative ways to reach them. The team defines CloudCart's brand identity and manages how the company acts in public, how it interacts with customers and partners. The marketing team's members perform various marketing activities.

CloudCart strives to become the easiest-to-use eCommerce software. And also to save as much time and money as possible for our merchants, by offering them automated and optimized е-store management processes.

Now, we are looking for a passionate and proactive copywriter with rich experience and global understanding of digital marketing. The successful candidate should be able to manage content and develop strategies for effective and trustful communication with our clients.

Your main responsibility is to build a good connection and communication with our current and potential customers worldwide, as well as helping us quickly create a huge amount of content, according to our needs, requirements, and goals.

If you are a team-spirited, skilled, and creative writer with an eye for detail, if you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insights, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate would be: 

  • Someone who is experienced in digital content writing and has knowledge of social media and online advertising
  • Someone who is a good team player, easily understands the essence of the new tasks and is a self-motivated, dedicated, and responsible individual
  • You have 2+ years proven experience working as a Copywriter
  • You have a degree in marketing, communications, English or journalism; or equivalent
  • You can present a portfolio showcasing the projects that you are most proud of
  • You are experienced in writing content for landing pages, blog articles, emails, press releases, social media, ads, etc
  • You can make complex conceptions sound simple and comprehensible
  • You have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • You have strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • You have an excellent command of native Bulgarian and you are fluent in spoken and written English (this one is a must)
  • You are familiar with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
  • You are adaptable and you are able to handle working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in one of the following languages will be considered as advantage: Greek, Romanian
  • eCommerce knowledge will be considered as advantage
  • Working on an international project that aims to be the leader in eCommerce, with great ambitions and forthcoming launch on foreign markets
