We are looking for a knowledgeable, emotionally intelligent, and organized professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator in CloudCart Bulgaria.



Responsibilities:


*Coordinate design, front-end, and back-end services to ensure all project deadlines are met
*Provide colleagues with clear guidance and necessary information for each task
*Learn CloudCart's functionalities to understand design amendments that require front-end development
*Continuously expand knowledge of user experience to assist the sales team with customer requests
*Work on international projects alongside our international Project Coordinators when needed
*Participate in online and face-to-face meetings with merchants

Requirements:


*Self-driven, emotionally intelligent, and organized individual
*English language proficiency - B2 level
*Customer-facing experience
*Knowledge of great user experience in eCommerce
*Experience with eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce, Magento, OpenCart, PrestaShop, CloudCart, Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, or others
*Familiarity with CSV/XML files
*Priority will be given to candidates with a university degree from a foreign university, those who have lived in an English-speaking country for over 3 years, or whose studies have been taught in English.
