Due to the great success of our merchants, we constantly expand our team and services - and here we are, looking for a Head of Partnerships!

CloudCart needs someone strategic, organized, and passionate about business development and communication. The position will be ideal for an individual who is happy to work independently but also has a great sense of unity and would always aim to manage our partnerships effectively.

The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for maintaining and growing a crucial area of our expansion. We currently work with a number of Digital and Web agencies, Banks, Telecoms, ERP systems, and courier companies which all trust our team and see the benefits of CloudCart as an eCommerce solution.

This is a full-time position and requires working from our office located in Sofia; Panorama Sofia street 5 (XS Tower).

CloudCart strives to become the most user-friendly eCommerce software and we plan to expand into a number of European markets by the end of 2025.

We need a well-organized professional who can meet our customers’ needs by coordinating all Design/Front-end/Back-end project requirements, information, and deadlines in a timely manner. The ideal candidate would be fluent in Bulgarian, based in Sofia but would also be literate in English and either Serbian or Albanian in order to help us with our neighbor markets in Albania, Serbia, and Kosovo.

The company believes everyone should be treated with respect and care regardless of their expertise, therefore the Project Coordinator needs to be knowledgeable, emotionally intelligent, and consistent. If you have an eCommerce experience and share the same values then you would be the perfect fit for a Project Coordinator at CloudCart Bulgaria.

To coordinate projects for businesses based in Bulgaria, Serbia, Kosovo, and Albania;
To coordinate design/front-end/back-end services in order to meet project deadlines;
To analyze online stores and advise merchants on how to sell more;
To learn CloudCart’s functionalities well and advise our merchants on how to improve their products’ presentation;
To constantly expand your knowledge about user experience;
To define products’ selling points and help eStore owners to become leaders in their field;
To work on foreign projects alongside our international Project Coordinators if needed;
To contribute to the company's sales targets by suggesting further developments to CloudCart’s merchants.

Legally authorized to work in Bulgaria;
Literacy in Albanian/Serbian (a language test would follow if the candidate passes through the first stage);
English language - B2 (the interview will be conducted in English);
Bulgarian language - native or fluent;
Experience with eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce, Magento, OpenCart, PrestaShop, CloudCart, Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, or others;
To understand what makes the user experience great when it comes to eCommerce;
Self-driven and organized individual;
Experience with B2B customers;
To be familiar with CSV/XML files;
*Due to our international expansion all candidates who speak either Serbian or Albanian and have lived in these countries would be seen as an advantage.
