Head of Partnerships

CloudCart strives to become the most user-friendly eCommerce software. 

Our accessible functionalities and integrations optimize marketing campaigns, order, and product management. All merchants can spend less time doing routine admin tasks and be more focused on business development. We have over 15 years of digital and e-commerce experience which helps us to offer great guidance to eStore owners so they can become customers’ favorite choices.

Due to the great success of our merchants, we constantly expand our team and services - and here we are, looking for a Head of Partnerships!

CloudCart needs someone strategic, organized, and passionate about business development and communication. The position will be ideal for an individual who is happy to work independently but also has a great sense of unity and would always aim to manage our partnerships effectively. 

The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for maintaining and growing a crucial area of our expansion. We currently work with a number of Digital and Web agencies, Banks, Telecoms, ERP systems, and courier companies which all trust our team and see the benefits of CloudCart as an eCommerce solution.

This is a full-time position and requires working from our office located in Sofia; Panorama Sofia street 5 (XS Tower).

Strategic and Operational Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement a strategy for partnership growth and success, including management processes for pipeline use, customer on-boarding, service coordination and reporting;
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product developing, engineering, customer operations, marketing, and sales);
  • Identify and develop new products that CloudCart can offer to potential partners;
  • Monitor costs, invoices, and cash flow, related to business line execution;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Manage the partnerships team.

Business Development and Pipeline

  • Design and implement an expansion strategy for new beneficial partnerships;
  • Work alongside our marketing team in order to communicate the partnership strategy accurately.
  • Drive revenue growth and track business opportunities;
  • Expand our accounts through cross-sell and up-sell;

Customer Success Management

  • Offer assistance to our partners in order to enhance the overall service outcome;
  • Understand and map customer journey - develop strategies based on user experience data;
  • Oversee existing relationships with senior management at key partner organizations and ensure service levels and expectations are met;
  • Communicate with other companies and identify strategic opportunities for future collaboration and partnership development;
  • Measure customer success in order to understand our merchants’ needs and plan a long term approach for further development;
  • Ensure partner renewal rates.

Qualifications and experience

  • 2+ eCommerce experience;
  • 5+ years of work experience;
  • Excellent English literacy;
  • Prior experience in customer success, channel/partner management, consulting, business development or similar;
  • Strong interest in technology, startups or telecommunications;
  • Microsoft Office skills;
  • Quick learner especially when it comes to new technologies;
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and development;
  • Ability to listen and comprehend customers’ needs and aim to create solutions through new partnerships;
  • Emotionally intelligent individual who can build trust through deep understanding of others as well as the ability to lead convincingly. 
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operational metrics;
  • Willing and able to support operations in a fast-paced environment;
  • Determined to become greater in his everyday tasks as well as one who values teamwork and offers support when needed;
  • Willing to work in a welcoming environment which has its challenges at times but our curiosity always takes us down the right path which leads to continuous improvement and great success.
