Account Manager Business Sales - Romanian market

Now, we are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Account Manager Business Sales to join our Business Sales Department. If your passion is in sales, negotiating and dealing with objections and constantly looking for new opportunities - this position is for you.

Proactively search and explore new business opportunities/clients

  • Conduct cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to existing business customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Sales campaigns: participate in the planning and execution of business sales development campaigns; provide feedback on sales tools, prospect intelligence, and results from campaign follow-up
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • 3+ years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience
  • Prior eCommerce/IT or telecom experience in account management, sales development, business development for business or ICT services is highly preferred
  • Actively understand customers business models and their needs
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Manage time well and routinely prioritize tasks by their intended impact
  • Proven track records of sales achievements
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed oriented environment and have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • You are highly organised and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent English skills
